Users can train at speeds ranging from 1 to 20 km/h, with precise incline adjustment from 0–20% to simulate uphill running and increase workout intensity.

A large LED display clearly tracks key workout metrics including time, speed, distance, incline, calories, and heart rate. For added convenience, the console includes direct speed and incline shortcut keys as well as multiple motivating workout programs designed to suit different training goals.

The treadmill is built with user comfort and safety in mind, featuring a sweat-proof console design, emergency stop button, and a large twin cup holder with a built-in mobile tray for easy access to hydration and devices.
